We had a large rework on 3 systems. The work was performed very well. The first bid was outrageous so I sought a competing bid. The sales rep claimed there was an error and rebid a reasonable bid. When I told him that I was going to go with the lowest bid (he wanted a last look), he lowered the bid again. The work was performed very well and promptly thereafter.
