John called 5 minutes before his appt to let us know he was running late. As it turned out, he was right on time. He explained the price , what he was going to do, and got to it. He was finished in 45 minutes and the carpets looked great! He was so professional and personable that we will certainly have him back. Thanks, 5 Star.
