Calaway came on time each time I called them. Diagnosed the problems quickly and did a good job fixing the furnace. Did not have to do any cleanup when they left. I purchased their yearly maintenance contract so I don't have to worry about a winter check being done on the furnace. They contacted me to make the checkup appt. -- I didn't have to remind them. I would certainly recommend them for any HVAC concerns.
