Very good. Great communication up to install date. Missing one piece on install date but knew about it ahead of time. It was the suppliers fault. Came out a couple days later with part to install. No big deal on my end. Another item to consider is the technology upgrade learning curve. Even after the defrief, I don't really know how to use specific items.
