The first time I went to Steve's Auto Care, for my Mazda, I was looking for someone to take care of the clutch. He was really upfront and told us that it was not really a thing he does, and he made a really good recommendation. He knows when to turn away or keep business.

Steve has worked on my Acura, and while I don't get the same bells and whistles as I do at the dealer, I get a much better price. It works beautifully. He also gave me enough feedback that was similar to the dealer so I know that he is right on the money. I think he's really good.

He gets you in and out on time, and his rates are very reasonable. He is not the cheapest, but he is reasonable. I like dealing with him because he is not the corporate type. It is straight talk and straight repairs. He also keeps the parts to show me what is going on. I lent my car to my son in Davis once, and the rats chewed off the cap for the radiator fluid. Steve was the one who discovered it before it became a problem.
