My furnace went out and I called Colorado Discount Heating and Cooling the next day and they came out the next day, so I was pleased with the response time and how easy it was to schedule. The guy came and he didn't really try yo sell me anything new, even though I know I probably could use a new unit, he wasn't too pushy about it, which I liked.

He was nice and helpful, it was different kind of repair service then I am used to, usually I expect to be pushed into decisions. Not with Colorado Discount. Pricing was good, it was on par with anything else.
