Very nice but it was just supposed to be a tune up and $600 later it's not working now.
We had yearly tune up done and it worked fine before they came. They said there was a crack so $600 later we had the part changed. That night it started making a lot of noise. They came out the next day and couldn't find anything wrong. We called again when it didn't stop a few days later. They never called back and now our furnace won't even come on. We have a newborn at home and it's 10 degrees outside with no heat!!
