I came home from a 5 day trip (non pleasurable) to find that I had no heat in my home. I called at 7:30 am (it was our first small snow storm of the year) and had someone (Eric) at my home no late than 9:00 am. He diagnosed the problem, went in search of the parts and returned within an hour and a half to fix the problem. It might have been a bit expensive, not sure, but the workmanship, experience level and professionalism was outstanding. Highly recommend
