Chris is a knowledgeable technician. He came in, assessed the problem and worked to fix it. He had a fellow technician with him and I could hear him explaining what he was looking for and how he was working through the problems he found. I had to leave and he sent pictures and texts letting me know what he was doing every step. I really appreciated that. Excellent service!
