We've worked with Creative Property Management for about 17 years now. They manage my house in Seaside. I like Matt, the new owner, he's been there for a few years now. They have taken good care in finding long term renters, and we just recently had a lot of work done on the house that they supervised, and they did a nice job supervising. Everyone we've dealt with is courteous and professional. Their pricing is fair, standard, and reasonable. If you're looking for a premiere property management firm, hire this one!
