Had a problem with failed condensate pump. It was leaking water. We had been gone three weeks and discovered the problem when we returned. Called Campbell and Co about the problem. They sent a serviceman out that day. We only had two days of opportunity to have the service call and they promptly respsonded to our request and fixed our problem. Very good Cutomer Service.
