We had two unrelated service issues with our Heat pump A/C during the worst of the super heat wave in June. Two different young men promptly diagnosed the problems and the first repair was only an hour until cool air started coming. Second problem few days later required special part so it took longer to get and install. Overall both service techs were very good to work with, had excellent tech and communication skills. Would recommend.
