I have been calling on Sahara for my hvac maintainance since 2012 and before. I am loyal to this company because of the incredible care shown to me by the company's impressive crew. From the girls on the phone to the techs themselves,I am shown the utmost in courtesy and consideration. The quality of workmanship is amazing and there are very few times that I have ever needed to make a call back.
I would like to mention my preferred tech,Chad,who has been the most knowledgeable and efficient professional I have encountered in years. This gentleman is also very kind and patient with customers,explains everything he is doing and what problems he encounters so that lay people such as myself can understand the situation. He takes time to show pictures of the system and tells you your options on the repairs needed. Even the work order is explained so there is no confusion. He even reads over the maintainance history before he gets to the door and can cite exactly when the last visit was and how we resolved the last issue. From start to finish,this man is doing the best job he is capable of (and he is more than just capable) when he comes to your door. Color me impressed!!
