I own two BMW's and for the most part I do a lot of the mechanical work. I only buy parts for my vehicles from Precision German Performance BMW and I've had no problems dealing with their sales staff.
The price for upkeeping my cars are really high but the people at Precision German Performance BMW always give me the best price possible, which helps because German car parts in the states are so high.
