Precision German Performance BMW always do what they say they're going to do. They are very honest and that's really all I ask. If there are changes in the cost or the repair they always call and explain why and let me know what has changed.

I have been using them now for about 3 or 4 years and when I pickup the car the total cost I pay is always the same as the estimate to the penny.
