We have five companies bid for our Heating/Cooling solution. JMT came in at the lowest price. Huge plus correct? There's more... The solution provided for us (ductless mini-splits) was recommended and sized for us to be able to add our addition in the future without re-sizing the heat pump. AND the quote was still lower than anyone else. Finally, when you look at the installation, it was without compare. The workers were incredibly gracious and hardworking. Even the neighbor commented that while she was at home, she enjoyed listening to their conversations (without them knowing). Just goes to show, if your workers bust their tail and do well without the Manager/Owner looking, it states great things about the company.
