Overall I'm satisfied with what they did to my car (for the price), although it was such a mess before they got it that I'm probably just ecstatic that it's clean for the first time in years. But I do have one specific suggestion: they should go over your car with you when you bring it in so that you can ask specific questions about what they're going to do and how they're going to do it, and you can ask if they will get this scratch out or that ding out, etc. I just dropped it off without a word from them and picked it up the same way. No one even went over the car with me at the beginning or the end.
