Alpine's technician Daniel King was great ! He called earlier in the day to confirm appointment time. He was on time and was excellent in communicating the carpet cleaning services he would perform and verified that that was what i had requested. The agreed price was verified prior to any work being started. Daniel was neat in appearance and friendly. he took great care in protecting my entry way and was thorough in explaining the procedure and what to expect as an outcome. I was quite pleased with the outcome as my soiled stairs and living room looked like new when he finished ! He was proffesional and thorough, thanked me for my business and asked if I had any concerns or questions and left his buisness card for me. I have to say I'm quite pleased with the job and the cost. I would definitely recommend Alpine. And their Technician Daniel King. Thanks for a job well done !
