Arrived on time when they said they would. No waiting in a four hour window for someone to show up. Brock was friendly and displayed a great attitude upon arrival.He is truly an asset to your company. If all your employees were as dedicated as he is you would have to buy several more "super" trucks. Job was done in a professional manner by Brock, who is clearly an expert in his trade. Job was done well and carpet looks as close to new as it could ever look.
The cost seemed somewhat higher than other companies, but end result I feel was worth it.
