I looked up dryer vent cleaning and "Alpine Specialty Cleaning" was the first company I was reading reviews on. I filled out the form for a quote, on a Saturday I might add. Shortly after I completed the form I received a call from Cherish Moen, she was very helpful all my questions were answered. I had intended on looking up other companies but decided to go with your company because Cherish was so nice and sincere. Antonio was the service tech he was quick and did a great job (dryer is working much better, no need to do an extra dry cycle) saving some money. He also explained what I could do outside at the vent. Money well spent. Something that would be nice is if your company had those little magnet logos with your company name and number on it so that we could attach it to the side of our appliance (just saying). Thanks
