We used Chem- Dry when we lived in Katy and were very pleased with both the service and reasonable cost. Unfortunately, today's experience was entirely different. I was told there would be a $99 trip charge, plus $85 per gallon of cleaning solution, and the technician would tell me upfront how many gallons were recommended. The technician said he needed two gallons of chemical to clean a small 4 1/2 x 7' area with very light staining, and the final bill was $374.45. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company, and I cannot recommend them.
