Bryan's Automotive

Negligent work

Stay away from this place they literally put my back brake pads on wrong and within 5000 miles of them touching my car I had to have Jimmy’s auto replace my back right brake caliper and then put in new back brake pads since Brian’s automotive put them in wrong cost me $440 for For Jimmy’s to fix Brian’s negligent work .Brian automotive is refusing to reimburse me for their bad work, even after the mechanic that worked on my car told them that they put them in wrong .so I’m posting this to keep people away from the place so the same thing doesn’t happen to them. Also, it took Brian over a month to even get me back my car last year and then they gave me a car back saying the brakes were fixed when actually, the brake master cylinder was still out and once they finally confirmed that after I turned around 3 mins after getting down the road and told them no I still have barley any brakes they then confirmed it was a master brake cylinder out but that they couldn’t get that part because their vendor didn’t have a reliable brake master cylinder for my car so I had to push my car across the street for a different mechanic shop to do the brake master cylinder only and then that mechanic who did my brake master cylinder told me that Brian’s automotive who I just paid to do my struts and control arm and shocks that brains automotive put a faulty strut on the front so I then had to take it back to Brian’s automotive so they could fix the faulty strut they just put on. And to top it all off Bryan’s Automotive called me to let me know my car would be ready to pick up that day, but also then informed me that somebody backed into the front of my car bumper while in their custody .. bryan’s Automotive didn’t even call cops which by law in our state. If it’s over $1000 of damage they are legally required to, and it costed $2000 to fix the damage on my bumper . Bryan’s Automotive also didn’t inform me immediately when my car was hit, they took just down the guys phone number and gave that to me to deal with it on my own, even though it was still in their custody when it was hit, because they brought it to the front customer parking lot instead waiting till I actually got there to pick up my car so my car was just sitting in the front parking lot and was backed up un to by one of their customers it should’ve stayed in the back secure lot until I arrive and this would’ve never happened. It took a month for them to even put my struts control arm back calibers and brakes on because they said that it was the calibers and brakes when it wasn’t it was a brake master cylinder now it’s been 5000 miles since they did my back brakes and calipers and I find out that they put the back brake pads on wrong causing my back right caliber to leak which another mechanic confirmed so I’m gonna have to take bryan’s Automotive to small claims court. I’m going to post both bills one from the other mechanic shop that found Brian’s bad work, and you can see nobody should half to replace a right caliber and both brake pads in 5000 miles from when new ones were done last at brains automotive . I wouldn’t of made this review if they would’ve made it
Made it right and reimbursed me the 440 I had to pay to fix their negligent work Instead, I believe the guys name was TJ try to gaslight me and say that I don’t understand what the mechanic was saying even my husband talk to the mechanic that fixed Brian’s $@!#% up and my Husband’s father is a retired mechanic and they both talk to the mechanic and it’s pretty clear to the mechanic that fix the negligent bad brake job that Brians automotive put in the brake pads wrong which caused the issue so I’m going to take Brian to small claims court for the $440 it cost me to have a new back right caliber and new back brake pads on the rear of my car, and of course the labor you can see in the bills below that I’m not asking them to pay for any more than what it cost me to fix their negligent work. What’s sad is Bryan’s Automotive even talk to the mechanic that fixed third negligent work and Brian is still trying to gaslight me about it
