We took my wife's van in for some brake work. We have used Bryan's Automotive before, and their service is crazy good. They get the work done quickly, and they have great communication skills. So, they fixed the brakes, and they put in new rotors and calipers - all the usual stuff. They told us that they heard some sort of clunking sound on the right rear end, and they said that we should bring it back in to get looked at when we had more time. Well, the brakes wore out very quickly on the right rear wheel, so we took it back in. They said that the work was still under warranty, so there was no charge to us. When we went to pick it up, they said that they had discovered where the clunking noise was coming from, and they also replaced the strut that was causing the noise, and the premature wear on the brakes. They replaced the strut for free, too! And that wasn't even part of their work! Businesses just don't do that sort of thing anymore! Bryan's Automotive is a gem! We are customers for life! They should get 50 Stars!
