I am new in town and I needed an oil change, so I used this as an opportunity to check out a shop to use in the future. I do not know much about cars, and I rely on my car for work, so I am very leery about being taken advantage of by mechanics. I had heard good things about Jay's Garage from people in town, and they definitely lived up to their reputation as an honest shop that takes care of you. They were fantastic.

They knew their stuff. They let me hang around to see what they were doing. They took time to show me what the problem was and they talked me through their process, so I knew what I was paying for.
