Poor Sales Service
I don't like to write negative reviews but the customer service at Frontier Ford is very poor. My husband and I were looking to buy a car. We were with a salesperson who seemed nice but possibly new. As we came back from a test drive, we were approached by a man who appeared to be the manager. He literally rushed us out and told our salesperson that another customer was back to buy a car. I asked how we could get a price so we could move forward. The supposed manager said, "Yeah, yeah. Of course, I will have my salesperson send you that info in a little while." That was over a week ago and no response. No one seems interested in selling us a car. We bought our car at a different dealer.
