I called Flame one morning in a panic. The pipe from my condensate pump in the air conditionere had broken and water was leaking right into the furnace. This was causing a short in the computer board and in turn was trying to light the furnace. The girl spoke to was so helpful and sent a technician out asap. We ended up having to replace the whole furnace.
The new furnace is wonderful, and from the first phone call that day to the last phone call for the 6 month inspection has been nothing but great. Everyone has been the best. I would recommend Flame over all!!
