A Custom HVAC is great. They replaced a furnace and an air conditioning unit for me. A Custom HVAC is not the cheapest company out there, but they are not the most expensive either. I think that they are honest, and that goes a long way. They give pretty sound advice. They also worked with me on what we needed done and the prices we could pay. The prices were fair.

We got the new furnace over the winter, and that was great. We bought an expensive unit, it is high efficiency, but it was well worth it in terms of our energy bill now as compared to what it used to be. It was good of them to talk to us about that option.

I ask a lot of questions, and some people don't want to answer all of my questions. A Custom HVAC answered everything to the best of their knowledge. They didn't have any added frills, like nice pamphlets. There were other companies that I checked out that were double the price, but they gave me a nice folder. A Custom HVAC gave me what I actually needed as well as good advice.

They put in our AC unit recently. It works very well, though it is not high efficient. They advised us on the unit, and the advice matched up with where the family was at. The cost of a high efficiency AC is very expensive, and we don't really need it. It is comforting when a vendor comes to the same conclusion as me.

Both units work perfectly, even thought they are so different. There is nothing wrong with either. They know their equipment, and put it in right away.
