The Electrician was very knowledgeable and on time. He validated proper wiring in the panel and verbally pointed out that a previous buyer's inspector who had provided an erroneous inspection was incorrect on several accounts, including: 1. the main disconnect is outside of unit with meter and is to code, 2. no code requirement for Arc Fault protected breakers on a renovated older home, 3. panel in not in 3rd floor bedroom closet but in garage. 4. Panel is not Zinsco brand. Plus several other errors and an incident that due to various circumstances, he did not need to be on record about.
