Tech was very nice, and competent...but
The tech who came out was a very nice guy, and seemed very competent. However when I made the appointment over the phone, I was told nothing about the $70 charge for coming out to give a quote. Had I known about that, I never would have a greed to that. The quote came in at 3X the cost of others.
