Although I was treated with courtesy at this business my vehicle still has the same deficiency it had when the automotive work began. In my opinion J&F motors was in over their head with my vehicle and refused to admit it. II have paid them a considerable amount of money and have had to return my car 3 times to J&F for the same malfunction (check engine warning light)

My vehicle has a lot of miles and great sentimental value. I expected the professionals at J&F to inform me of what was wrong with my vehicle (Due to check engine light) and recommend the best way forward.
This did not happen! They submitted repairs that I was not even aware of and my vehicle still DOES NOT run to my satisfaction.

I entrusted the care of my vehicle and submitted in good faith my finances in hope that my vehicle could be restored. I am deeply disappointed that my vehicle is still in need of repair.

I was hoping to establish a good working relationship with a mechanic since moving to Alexandria but unfortunately I picked the wrong one. Take your chances with J&F if you must, but I will not be returning to this establishment. I do not recommend their services for any type automotive mechanical repair.
