The folks at J&F Motors are professional, concerned about their clients' car issues, and continue to be price competitive. I like the environment. I like the dog who wanders around their office. It would be nice if they had a loaner car, but that would affect the overall cost, so I'm OK. The mechanics are skilled and by-and-large find the problem and the price to fix it is reasonable.
