Anytime I had a problem at J&F Motors it was fixed. I didn't have any doubt about it being fixed. Their customer service is excellent, and the guys are very professional. I have been going there ever since I got this car, so about 4 years. I like being there, and I like taking my car there. I wouldn't take it anywhere else. In fact, I would go to J&F Motors before going to the main dealer.

Some of the guys kind of go overboard. When I need something little and they notice it, sometimes they just fix it with no cost. I know that when people go to mechanics they don't know whether they are being cheated, but I don't think that is a problem at J&F Motors. I had a seat problem, and they told me exactly what it was, and it ended up not costing me anything. I am happy with the service.
