Brookstone Cabinets is all about customer service. Even though I had my products, they did not drop the ball in terms of following through after the cabinets were installed. There were a couple of things that were not to my expectations, and they rectified the situation. Everything worked out really well. They were always reachable and they followed up. Whenever I called, they either answered the phone or called me back in ten minutes.

I had done a complete kitchen remodel with someone else, so doing the bathroom with Brookstone was a pleasant surprise. They followed through with the whole process until it was complete.
