I was/am very happy with the job Chem-Dry did for me. The carpet in question is in a rental unit and was really bad but it came much cleaner than I thought it would. My main concern, which was pet odor as the tenant brought 11 cats into the unit and it took 3 months to get her out, was completely gone. The two gentlemen who did the job took their time and were both thorough and professional. I would highly recommend Chem-Dry and will be using them again in the near future.
