In spite of a snowstorm with rapidly accumulating levels, the guys (Nate and Cass) arrived within the alloted timeframe and finished rapidly with a great job of cleaning. They pointed out the defects in the carpet at the end, and advised me about drying time.
I always use Chem- Dry for cleaning in my 4 unit apartment. It is an effecient and reasonably priced service. And the carpet isn't wet for hours afterwards.
