Sump pump
Our sump pump needed service. He told us both options, more expensive, and less. When we picked less expensive he agreed. Work was done with 20 minutes. He was nice, friendly , fast, and, most importantly, on time for this appointment.
It still works 3 weeks later. Highly recommend.
