I had a bad experience with one of their plumbers but I contacted their customer care dept via email and they listened to me and actually took action. I got a fair refund and they assured me corrective action would be taken so my problems didn't happen again. I've used My Plumber in the past and had a great experience with the person that came out. It's good to know that some companies still have great customer service and listen to customers' problems.
