Tech was polite. However, I was told he'd do exam of a/c and furnace.
Tech told me he'd only do visual exam of a/c and furnace wasn't included in deal. Person who made appointment had said cooling/heating system would be included.
Tech recommended repairs that I was unable to afford. I don't know enough about a/c systems to know whether these repairs were needed.
