The job I called for was done promptly and on very short notice. However, the plumber noticed a 10 foot section of grey plastic water line and recommended it be replaced. Since this was an "upsell" from the expensive water heater job and he was already there, I expected it to cost around $100 extra. The charge was a whopping $300.00! I paid it but felt "taken" due to the circumstances.
