Very professional.
When the plumber arrived he identified himself and we went over the things that need attention. He gave me an estimate and went about doing his work. Two of the things he did are working great but the third task is still not working as well as it should. He told me it was probably a cheap toilet and he had never heard of the brand. The company has been in business for 70 Years.
