Overall poor service and would NOT use them again
I was told that I needed a capacitor in my condensing unit. My AC was off for 2 whole days waiting on this
part from normal supplier when I know there are several other places the part could have been gotten from. I wrote an email and requested a discount for my inconvenience and still haven't gotten a response.
