was highly satisfied with miguel who came to check our heating and air system, also with Mo who installed our hot water heater. Victor was very professional in selling us the new air and furnace system. The two gentlemen, one was jadie were hard working and and helpful in answering my questions. I was not satisfied with the duct cleaning which I was lead to believe would be a 3 or 4 hour procedure. The two workers were done in less than 90 minutes and when I asked if they had done the sanitization I was told that wasnt part of the contract. So I showed them my receipt and then one of them did the sanitization which took 20 minutes. The 2 duct workers seemed more intent on finishing as fast as they could rather than focusing on doing a quality job. Victor had told me that the duct cleaning package was about a 700 dollar job. not hardly!!!!
