Cover-Rite Carpets cleaned the carpets in our apartment and they were fine. My husband was the one there so he is the one that would be able to answer specific questions, unfortunately he is in the hospital right now so I can't really have him talk about what they did. But the company was fine and we didn't have to call them back or anything. I'm sure we would use them again if we needed the carpets clean again.
