I would have to say that the communication skills of the people over at Cover-Rite Carpets are really top notch. When I called them, they told me they would get back to me and they did. They gave me a time frame in which they would call me back which most places don't do, and then they actually called me back within that time frame. That is very important to me. I like it when companies actually call me back when they say they are going to call me back. Everything else was just super smooth and easy and they did a fantastic job putting in new carpet for me. I would definitely recommend them because their level of communication is superb.
