It is easy to appear competent and honest when things go easy. When things go bad, that is when you can tell the true values that build the character of individuals, and companies. I had a radiator replaced at Zyggi's, and it had some defective components in it that caused a delayed failure in the cooling system. Of course, it failed many miles away and I had to get towed to a different place. Zyggi found out, and paid to have me towed to his shop. Then they found the faulty part, got a new radiator, replaced it all at their expense. It was not their fault that the radiator that they purchased for me was defective. Yet, they took responsibility for it without argument. I am in the service business also. I feel that it was in fact the right thing to do, but we have all seen firms that do not live up to the standards that we expect, and don't put their money where their mouth is. It is unfortunately all to rare to find firms that are molded from honesty, and compassion at the core. Zyggi's is, it starts from Zyggi and his top notch right hand man, Mike. My mom and dad have trusted them for years, and now I have personal knowledge why. Thanks, guys, for all of that.
