Our staff doesn't travel much so we are not in need of transportation services often. When we have used American Eagle, reservationist and drivers have always been very professional in appearance, manner and communication skills. They have always been timely (even at 5 am!). I have experienced some less-than-ideal limo service companies but none compare to American Eagle. I wish I traveled more often because I know I can rely on American Eagle to provide excellent and timely service.
