A-Pro Certified Home Inspection Services did an excellent job for us. They were very thorough in their inspection process. Although, I have to mention, the property has an attic, which they left out. Which I kind of understand; it's an uncomfortable space to reach, you need a ladder and everything. But they're supposed to come back to do that. I just haven't coordinated it with them yet, so it hasn't happened. But when I called initially, they emailed me back right away and gave me all the information on the price and everything. They were also very quick in turning in their report. They were very open in evaluating the problems the property had which was helpful in making a decision. They did a very good job, just excellent
