I love this company. They seem to care about customers and to be honest. We've been using them for about 5 years. Twice they've come to give us advice without charging us. Once was for gnats (which actually turned out to be something else), which they told us would go away on their own once the weather changed and even suggested a non-toxic home solution for. Another time was when we thought we might have termites. Again, they explained they weren't termites and would go away on their own. I don't know, but I think a lot of companies might have taken advantage of the opportunity to charge for treating for something that didn't need treatment.
