I have used TaxPlus Financial Services for a long time now. Sometimes I get the same person as I did before, and Steven Burman's office has expanded. There were a couple of people in there several years ago, who I did not feel understood how my taxes worked. However, recently I used this woman named Matron, and she was fantastic. She understood what I needed as long as I could process her request. Marge is always on top of everything, and she is a very professional and pleasant woman to work with.
