The technician that was dispatched to my residence was unkowledgable, sat around in my living room twice, and proceeded to fill my A/C with 1 pound of refirgerant despite the fact I only wanted an estimate! And all the other items I wanted estimates on...nadda.

Very unproffessional, if it weren't for the litle money I saved with the "Comfort Club" I wouldn't use them again. It requires a year contract.
